We recently engaged Ken and his team for painting and repair works for our 30-year-old house, and it has truly been one of the best renovation experiences we’ve ever had.

From the very first site visit, Ken impressed us with his experience and professionalism. Before we even pointed anything out, he identified many areas that needed attention. He also reassured us about our concerns with rogue contractors, and we appreciated that he highlighted items that did not need replacing—saving us unnecessary expenses. His quotation was detailed, comprehensive, and included clear optional items, which gave us great clarity and confidence.

Once we decided to engage him, Ken provided a 3-week project schedule, and his team completed everything ahead of time. Every member of his team was skilled, hardworking, and took pride in their craft. They required no supervision at all and kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the entire process. Work progressed smoothly, and we remained completely at ease.

Midway through the project, our water tank in the roof suddenly began leaking due to structural damage caused by a previous plumber. Ken and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and proposed a strong, cost-effective retrofit solution. They also repaired our broken wall fence and revived several decorative features that we thought were beyond saving — they now look as good as new.

At the end of the project, the team carried out a thorough clean-up, leaving us with almost nothing to tidy. Thanks to Ken and his team, our neglected 30-year-old house has been transformed into a warm, beautiful home. Having encountered many unreliable contractors in the past, we are genuinely grateful for their honesty, workmanship, and care. Along the way, we even became friends and still keep in touch.

Ken is experienced, responsive, responsible, and truly committed to doing things right. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.
